Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Frametap account and the data associated with it. Frametap is operated by MB DJUMP, a software studio registered in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

To delete your account, email start@djump.io from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request against your account email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account record — your email address, sign-in credentials and shop name — together with everything synced under it: your projects and their site addresses, your windows and their specifications, and every photo you attached. The copies held on your own device are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall it. We retain nothing after deletion, except where a limited period is required by law.
