Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Frametap account and the data associated with it. Frametap is operated by MB DJUMP, a software studio registered in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

The fastest way is in the app itself: sign in, tap the account icon in the top bar, choose “Delete account” and confirm. Your account and every project, window, photo and quote synced under it are removed immediately and permanently. If you can no longer access the app, email start@djump.io from the address you registered with and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account record — your email address, sign-in credentials and shop name — together with everything synced under it: your projects and their site addresses, your windows and their specifications, and every photo you attached. The copies held on your own device are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall it. We retain nothing after deletion, except where a limited period is required by law.
