Terms of Use

Last updated · October 2026

Frametap is a mobile survey app for window and door businesses, operated by MB DJUMP. These terms apply when you create an account — in the app or on this website — and to every subscription bought on this website. We may change them for the future; we tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and a shop that does not agree can cancel before then. Save or print this page to keep a copy, or ask us to email it to you.

Frametap is provided by MB DJUMP, a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) under Lithuanian law, company code 307521980, registered office Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania, entered in the Register of Legal Entities kept by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (Registrų centras). Email: start@djump.io. MB DJUMP is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Frametap has a free tier and a paid Pro tier: €29 per month or €290 per year, per shop, with a 14-day trial that requires no payment card. Features and availability may change, and while the app is designed to work offline you remain responsible for checking the measurements and specifications you record before they go into production. A subscription can be bought on this website or inside the app. One bought here is cancelled from your account page; one bought in the app is sold by Apple or Google at the price their store shows for your country, and is changed or cancelled in your subscription settings in the App Store or on Google Play. A shop needs only one of the two.

Frametap Pro is sold on this website only to businesses — companies, sole traders and self-employed people who buy it for their trade, business, craft or profession. When you buy, you confirm that you act in that capacity, and we rely on it: we do not conclude consumer contracts on this website. If you want Frametap privately, use the free tier or buy Pro in the App Store or on Google Play, where Apple or Google sell it under their own consumer terms. If a consumer has bought here nonetheless, write to start@djump.io within 14 days of the purchase: we will end the subscription and refund the payment in full.

These terms and every contract under them are governed by Lithuanian law. For disputes with business customers, the courts of the Republic of Lithuania competent for Klaipėda have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use Frametap as a consumer (for example the free tier), you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may sue there; you can also turn to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lrv.lt), which settles consumer disputes out of court.
