Free is not a demo: you can survey small jobs up to 3 windows, attach photos and hand the customer a finished PDF. Pro is for shops running more than one job at a time, with more than one person on site.

The free limits only ever block creating something new. Surveys already on the device stay fully readable and editable at any tier, and installs that predate the limits keep unlimited local surveying.

The billing questions, answered plainly.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Every shop gets 14 days of Pro the moment it signs up — no card, nothing to cancel. We send up to three short emails about it: four days before the trial ends, on the day it ends and a week later. Tick “Don't send me these emails” when you sign up, or unsubscribe with the one-click link at the bottom of any of them (or reply STOP). When it runs out the app drops to the free tier and every survey you made stays exactly where it is.
- What does one subscription cover?
- One shop, on one account. Sign in to it on as many phones and tablets as you need — another device costs nothing, because Frametap is priced per shop, not per device.
- Can I buy it in the app instead?
- Yes. Frametap Pro is an in-app subscription on both stores — €29 / €290 in the euro countries, elsewhere the store's own price in your currency — and the app picks it up for the whole shop. The website is still here for what a store cannot do: an invoice with your VAT number on it, and paying for someone else's shop.
- Can I get a VAT invoice?
- Yes. Every payment produces an invoice you can download from the billing portal linked on your account page, and it carries your billing address and the VAT number you enter at checkout. MB DJUMP is not VAT-registered, so the invoice shows no VAT line and no VAT is charged — €29 is €29.
- How do I cancel?
- Where you bought it. A subscription from this website is cancelled in the billing portal, in two clicks, without emailing anyone; one bought in the app is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Either way Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing you have surveyed is deleted.
- What happens if I go back to the free tier?
- Nothing is deleted. Surveys already on the device stay readable and editable, PDF export keeps working, and cloud sync and quotes switch off until you subscribe again.
