One subscription covers the whole shop — every surveyor, every device. €29 is the whole price: MB DJUMP is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. We still collect your VAT number so it appears on your invoice.

The free limits only ever block creating something new. Surveys already on the device stay fully readable and editable at any tier, and installs that predate the limits keep unlimited local surveying.

The billing questions, answered plainly.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Every shop gets 14 days of Pro the moment it signs up — no card, nothing to cancel, no reminder emails. When it runs out the app drops to the free tier and every survey you made stays exactly where it is.
- Who does one subscription cover?
- One shop, and everyone in it. Frametap is priced per shop rather than per seat, so putting three more installers on it costs nothing. Only the shop owner can subscribe or change billing.
- Why can't I buy this in the app?
- Google Play and Apple both require their own billing for software an app unlocks, and neither makes an exception for trade tools. So the app ships with no purchase screen at all and the website is the only place Frametap is sold. It is the same account either way — buy here, sign in there.
- Can I get a VAT invoice?
- Yes. Every payment produces an invoice you can download from the billing portal linked on your account page, and it carries your billing address and the VAT number you enter at checkout. MB DJUMP is not VAT-registered, so the invoice shows no VAT line and no VAT is charged — €29 is €29.
- How do I cancel?
- In the billing portal, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing you have surveyed is deleted.
- What happens if I go back to the free tier?
- Nothing is deleted. Surveys already on the device stay readable and editable, PDF export keeps working, and cloud sync and quotes switch off until you subscribe again.
